See the rangeThe questions people actually ask about price
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. There is no lock-in and no minimum term. Commercial gyms need one because their model depends on people who stop coming and keep paying. Ours depends on people who keep turning up.
What does the $150 onboarding actually buy?
It is coaching, not an admin fee: a full movement assessment, a personalised program built in TeamBuildr, a goal-setting session, and two one-to-one personal training sessions to get you moving properly on the floor. Your $90 a week starts after onboarding is finished, not alongside it.
Do I have to pay for the whole month up front?
No. Membership is billed weekly at $90.
Can I claim myotherapy on private health?
Yes, if your policy covers myotherapy or remedial massage. We have HICAPS on site, so the rebate is claimed on the spot and you only pay the gap. Bring your card. No GP referral is needed.
Do I need a membership to book treatment?
No. The clinic is open to anyone, and most of the people we treat do not train here.
What if I need to stop for a while?
Tell us. Injuries, work trips and life happen, and there is no contract holding you to anything. We would rather pause you properly than have you quietly stop coming.
Not sure which one you need?
Tell us what you are working towards and we will point you to the right starting point — including telling you if that is somewhere other than here.
