Private coaching is best suited for those who prefer the personal environment and accountability of coaching in a 1:1 setting where the attention is solely on them. During private coaching we aim to deliver the best possible coaching experience, through precise programming, deep education on the why’s and how’s of training and a shoulder to lean on.
The sessions are catered to address physical and technical components of performance and how these are incorporated into your sport or daily life. Emphasis is heavily based on movement capacity and movement quality to ensure you are moving well, developing explosive power, building size and strength or recovering from an injury.

JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT COACHING
This program is designed for young kids aspiring to take their athleticism to the next level or for kids needing support and guidance in a gym environment.
Our program will expose kids to multiple sessions per week with a qualified coach while working in a fun, supportive and engaging environment. This program takes the best of 1:1 Personal Coaching and combines it with the best feel good and uplifting atmosphere of Group Training.
Kids today are unfortunately not exposed to basic foundations- jump, hop, land, tumble, roll. This is partly due to the new age we live in. What this leaves is a window of missed opportunity to learn new skills, learn how to move differently and most of all make new friends.
We want to build robust and resilient young kids that move well and feel confident with their bodies.
These semi private sessions follow a strict 1:4 coach to athlete ratio to ensure you have the quality to detail and attention you deserve.
