Performance Training

Why I created the Performance Program

Almost every person has tried some form of strength and conditioning training. Whether it’s:

– A program you tried at a group training facility,
– Something you found online or were told to try,
– Or a program you put together yourself…

Through my experience, I found that most people think they have the gym box ‘ticked’✔️

But if simply ticking the box was enough, why aren’t we seeing fitter, stronger and more confident people everywhere.

In reality, we see the opposite. People who are frustrated, lack enthusiasm and are unfortunately a while away from meeting their long term goals.

I see it too often, people are regularly fed misinformation, training gimmicks, and cookie-cutter programs that don’t actually make you better.

Instead of working with you towards your goal, most training programs are ineffective, only serving to increase fatigue and injury risk.

The complete opposite of what it should be doing!!!

If you go long enough without the support you deserve, you may go the rest of their “exercise” life never achieving what you were always capable of.

That’s why I created the Performance Program…

… because I believe no one should walk away from their goal before they find out exactly how far they could go…

Performance Program: Whats Included

Step 1: We talk
Prior to you even stepping through the door, I schedule a phone call with you.
I want to find out a bit about you, your goals and why they are important to you.

Also, do you have any concerns, fears or even special requests?

Secondly, it gives me an opportunity to tell you about myself and my experiences, and how I would go about designing your training program.

If you are happy with step 1, I will then schedule a time for you to come into the gym to start step 2.

Step 2: Testing

In step 2, I invite you into the gym to go through a selection of fitness, strength and mobility tests to assess your movement and familiarity with the gym environment.

This process on paper might sound intimidating, but I promise you that it’s designed for all levels of fitness, experience and age.

The information gathered at this stage is used to help design your training program.

“if you fail to plan, you plan to fail” (Benjamin Franklin)

Step 3: Begin your program

The hardest part about going to the gym is not the workout itself, but rather getting into the car.  Maybe in the future, I will organise a bus service that picks up my clients, but until then, you have to make the effort to turn up.

The training part is the easy part. I will always be there to guide and instruct you to ensure that you are comfortable (but still working hard) feeling safe, and working towards your goal.

About Tal – Owner of Trademark Performance

There is nothing more frustrating than seeing people who are genuinely wanting to create a better version of themselves, fail at achieving that goal

Not because they weren’t invested, but rather because they did not receive the support they deserved.

In an industry that has so many claims, it can sometimes be hard to stand out.

So my promise to you, I will always train you as if I am training myself.

I want the standard of coaching to change.

That is why I created The Trademark Performance Program. A program that takes into account the latest in research, as well as support and guidance that ensures your safety and comfort.

In a nutshell, for me success is seeing you succeed.
